No nights! No weekends! Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm, with a rotating shift of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Justice Federal Credit Union has been designated as a Best Credit Union to Work For by American Banker, for three years in a row! This role is located on site, in a call center environment and is responsible for responding to member inquiries and providing an exceptional member experience through multiple service channels to guide members toward products and services that meet their financial needs and goals.
