  • Provide performance feedback, coaching, and development to direct reports to build team engagement and expertise.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance aligned with organizational values.
  • Ensure team coverage and operational continuity in support of business needs.

Metrics & Performance Management

  • Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), compliance standards, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Utilize dashboards, audits, and reporting tools to identify trends, measure accuracy, and improve overall performance.
  • Set performance expectations and guide the team in achieving key departmental metrics.

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for workflow efficiencies and process redesign.
  • Lead efforts to standardize procedures, improve quality, and reduce manual processes.
  • Leverage lean and continuous improvement methodologies to drive innovation and operational enhancements.

Project & Change Management

  • Act as a change leader by guiding the team through transformational initiatives and system/process transitions.
  • Participate in and/or lead projects supporting business growth, regulatory changes, and systems implementation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to support enterprise-wide and departmental initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation Management

  • Serve as an escalation point for internal teams, clients, and external partners, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with Banking Partners, Compliance, New Business teams, and Producers.
  • Deliver high-quality communications and training sessions to ensure stakeholder understanding of processes and requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or change management required.
  • Familiarity with group insurance products, ASO banking, and compliance in producer licensing is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, audit standards, and account reconciliation practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical skills with an initiative-taking and customer-focused approach.
  • Outstanding communication and documentation abilities; capable of translating complex processes into clear steps.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
