Job Title: Program Analyst - IT Strategic/Capital Planner - Key Personnel Position Overview: LinTech Global is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the Executive (EXEC) subtask of the IRS-CI TechOps program. This role serves in a Key Personnel (KP) role, responsible for aligning IT investment planning with enterprise goals, developing OMB-compliant capital investment artifacts, and supporting IT governance with a focus on performance, value realization, and mission alignment. You are expected to work closely with IRS-CI executive stakeholders and federal leadership to drive business alignment and manage the planning lifecycle for key enterprise technology programs.
