Your role
Contract Management- Manage orders, achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery, documentation, and technical requirements. Provide customer service by anticipating and responding to customer queries as needed. Manage and motivate all resources allocated to the project, therefore enabling a successful completion. Your mission will also include raising internal sales orders and to operate SAP Procedures for the release of equipment from our global corporate office in Antwerp, Belgium and in the USA. Responsible for raising purchase orders with sub-suppliers. Check and authorize invoices. Co-ordinate and expedite materials, documents, inspections, delivery etc. Coordinate customer's expeditors and any external inspectors, including any necessary documentation. Provide production schedules when required. Facilitate order amendments. Keep open lines of communication by attending progress meetings. Generate special payment invoices and prepare manuals (operations and maintenance) as necessary. Qualifications Supervisory Responsibility None Experience 2-3 years of experience in Project / Contracts Management is a plus. Education High School diploma required with two or four-year technical or engineeringcollegedegree or equivalent work experience. Skills Must be an independent, self-starter, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as in Outlook.
