Position SummaryThe Account Manager is responsible for selling gaming products to licensed casino operators within an assigned territory and improving the quality of customer service. Essential Job Functions:
Required Experience: * Demonstrate skills in developing territory and customer base. Education: * Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Ability to work in a dynamic sales environment. * Ability to demonstrate value for a technical product. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, sales proposals, and presentation materials. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, managers, customers and the general public. * Customer-orientation. * Strong negotiation skills when preparing sales contracts. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Ability to travel. Physical Requirements: Heavy phone use. Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise on casino floors. Work Conditions: * The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations * Casino Environment. Exposure to noise and cigarette smoke * May require weekend and evening hours.
