WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Join a passionate team that is focused on design and development of packaging for Data Center Liquid cooling products, industrial air-conditioners, and electrical enclosures
- Develop designs and documentation for new and existing product packaging by creating 3D models, drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and other documentation to fully define for purchasing and manufacturing
- Work directly with the Packaging Engineers and collaborate with multi-functional teams (Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply, and Customer Support)
- Assist in the testing of packaging solutions in the on-site testing lab
- Initiate/prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) documentation, including drawings and BOM's
YOU HAVE:
- Two-year technical degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in CAD design and documentation of components and assemblies preferred
- 3D CAD modeling experience using SolidWorks required. Artios CAD Experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of drafting standards
- Experience with ENOVIA PLM system/BOM a plus

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $54,300.00 - $100,800.00
