As a People Business Partner at Constant Contact, you will act as a trusted partner to our managers and leaders, helping to execute our talent strategy and drive business results. You will be a champion of our culture and a key point of contact for our employees, ensuring we are fostering an environment of high performance and growth. This role is crucial for implementing our people initiatives and building a world-class employee experience within our Product, IT, and Engineering teams.


What you'll do:

  • Serve as a trusted partner and consultant tomanagers and leadersacross our Product, IT, and Engineering organizations on a wide range of HR topics.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, helping to resolve issues constructively andpartnering with senior HR team members on more complex cases.
  • Support and implementkey talent initiatives, including performance management cycles, compensation planning, and employee engagement action plans.
  • Analyze people data toidentify trends and partner with leaders on developing action plans, helping to translate insights into impact.
  • Champion a culture of belonging and inclusion, actively working with your client groups to bring our diversity and equity initiatives to life.
  • Help leadersidentify skill gaps and development needs on their teams, and connect them with the appropriate resources and solutions.
  • Support change management initiativesby communicating effectively and acting as a resource for managers and employees through transitions.


Who you are:

  • You have5-8 yearsof progressive HR experience, with some of that time spent in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role. Experience in a technology or SaaS company is a strong plus.
  • A proactive and approachable partner with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust withmanagers and employees at all levels.
  • You have astrong foundation in the core areas of the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation fundamentals.
  • You are an effective coach and collaborator who is skilled atinfluencing positive outcomesand building consensus.
  • A confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable presenting information and leading discussions with small to medium-sized groups.
  • You are passionate about fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment and have experience putting those values into practice.
  • You are curious and data-driven, with experience using HR metrics to provide insights to your business partners.
  • You embrace AI as a tool to improve your work and efficiency.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
