FOX Entertainment is seeking an Associate Manager, Strategic Promo Planning with an emphasis on Distribution Marketing. The Associate Manager, Strategic Promo Planning will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery and representation of FOX Entertainment series across various platforms. This position requires a proactive individual skilled in cross-functional collaboration and coordination with both external partners and internal teams to manage scheduling and distribute client-facing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management, keen attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to analyze marketing effectiveness. Additionally, they should be adept at navigating the fast-paced environment landscape, anticipating industry trends, and adapting marketing strategies accordingly. A passion for storytelling and a commitment to enhancing viewer engagement will be essential in driving the success of FOX Entertainment's marketing initiatives. The Associate Manager, Strategic Promo Planning, will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Promo Planning.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as one of the primary contacts for distribution partners, working closely with internal creative teams to schedule and deliver series and marketing assets efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of both internal and external marketing plans
  • Ensure FOX series metadata is accurately aligned with internal systems and Gracenote, and distribute this information to internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure FOX series are accurately represented on Hulu and other MVPD platforms, including the opening and maintenance of series pages
  • Ensure the team Drive is consistently updated and organized with the latest documents, presentations, and other essential materials to facilitate seamless collaboration and access for all team members
  • Analyze viewership and support metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular audits of all distribution platforms to ensure compliance with FOX marketing guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across all channels
  • Monitor FOX rights windows and assess their impact on series pages and placements, making necessary adjustments to optimize visibility
  • Initiate the creation of compelling marketing decks and presentations for distribution partners, showcasing FOX series
  • Manage approvals with the Senior Manager and VP of Strategic Promo Planning for FOX shows in marketing campaigns across Hulu, Fox One, Tubi, and MVPD platforms
  • Work closely with the CRM team to develop and execute emails that effectively market FOX Entertainment series to targeted audiences.
  • Create weekly reports on viewership performance
  • Proactively answer questions and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of broadcast scheduling, streaming services, content management, and television analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Skilled in using cloud-based tools for asset organization and sharing
  • Familiarity with streaming service UI, platforms, and operations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to various situations, possess strong initiative, and determination
  • Ability to create positive working relationships with both external companies and people at all levels of the company

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Digital marketing or multi-platform experience
  • Client relations, retail experience, or any other external, client-facing role

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
