Location: Onsite \| Denver, CO 80206 Start Date: August 18th Pay: * $21.00/hr (weekly pay during assignment) * $25.96/hr upon permanent hire Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 6:45 AM-4:15 PM Start times may vary: 6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:15 AM About the Opportunity Join a leading independent global asset management firm that offers: * Career advancement opportunities * Structured training programs * Licensing pathways (SIE exam support included) Key Responsibilities * Process investor transactions and respond to online account inquiries * Handle phone-based transactions (purchases, redemptions, exchanges) * Guide investors based on their account goals * Troubleshoot website and platform issues * Deliver clear, goal-oriented service across all touchpoints Qualifications * Minimum 1 year in a customer service role (call center experience strongly preferred) * Career-minded with strong work ethic and self-management skills * Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities * Compassionate, empathetic, and patient * High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred) * Willingness to study for and pass the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam * Study time is unpaid and outside work hours * Company covers exam fees and study materials Thank you for considering this opportunity and please apply directly with an updated resume.
