Job Description We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Service Representatives to support our Medicare Redetermination efforts. In this role, you will assist individuals with enrolling in health plans, answer questions related to Medicare and Medi-Cal, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless experience. You'll be the first point of contact for patients-providing exceptional service, resolving concerns, and guiding them through the redetermination process with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Assist patients with Medicare Redetermination and health plan enrollment. * Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding insurance coverage. * Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases as needed. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns. Required Skills & Experience * Healthcare (Medical/HMO) industry experience. * Call center or high-volume phone support background. * Working knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal programs. * Strong problem-solving and research skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal (soft) skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
