Cox Automotive is currently looking for a
Senior Manager, Strategy and Distribution, to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position.
The Role: We're redefining automotive journalism - and we need a strategic leader to help drive that change. As Senior Manager, Strategy and Distribution, you'll lead how we plan, distribute, and amplify content using AI, multimedia, data, and technology to grow our audience. This role connects what we create to who it's for. The Senior Manager ensures our stories reach the right people, in the right places, at the right time - across platforms, search, and syndication. They lead with insight. Every decision - from planning to publishing - is grounded in audience needs and brand values. AI search is a must-win space. The Senior Manager will drive our generative engine optimization ("GEO") prominence, making sure we're visible in tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and more - and build strategies to support it. They'll also shape how we show up visually. From our domains to YouTube, the Senior Manager will help us tell stories that go beyond text - interactive, visual, and platform-native. This role is a hub. The Senior Manager will collaborate across editorial, GEO/SEO, PR, product, and analytics to make sure our content is not just created - but discovered and remembered. USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
