 Job Summary: The Tax Manager will prepare and review tax returns as well as schedules related to the compliance of tax liabilities. This position works at a variety of clients on a temporary basis. Job Duties: 
 
   
 - Prepares tax returns including research and planning and correspondence for US Federal and International tax compliance and provisions
 - Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax reports
 - Prepares tax returns including research and planning and correspondence for State and local tax compliance
 - Other duties as required
 
  
 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities: 
 
 
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: 
 
   
 - Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Accounting, preferred
 
  
 
 
Experience: 
 
   
 - Ten (10) or more years in International or Domestic Tax Compliance experience, required
 - Experience with C Corporations, Sub S Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations or Partnerships, required
 - Experience with OneSource, Corptax, or other tax compliance software, preferred 
 - Strong knowledge Federal and State Tax Codes, preferred

 - Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook, required
 - OneSource and Corptax, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $75.00/hr - $105.00/hr Maryland Range: $75.00/hr - $105.00/hr NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $75.00/hr - $105.00/hr
