Your Role

The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The IT Product Manager will report to the IT Applications Director. In this role you will serve as the product-facing owner for a technical component or platform feature set. This role bridges business needs and engineering execution- managing backlogs, setting priorities, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of high-value features. The IT Product Manager deeply understands the business context and works cross-functionally to bring reusable, scalable solutions to market. Your Knowledge and Experience



  • Typically, requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in product management, technical delivery, or IT systems analysis required
  • Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies
  • Experience working with platform services or reusable components preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience or Behavioral Health is preferred.
  • Experience with insourcing transitions or vendor-to-internal service migrations is preferred.
