Description

Starting Salary Range: $110,000 - $128,000; position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

What you'll do as our Senior Windows Server Administrator:



  • Perform day-to-day systems administration for Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
  • Manage over 1,500 Windows servers and support critical infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, file services, and virtualization.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Support technologies such as Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, Cohesity backup, and private cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead performance tuning, patching, hardware repair coordination, and support for third-party software installations.
  • Design and implement enterprise solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
  • Build meaningful metrics and reporting to track system health and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions with transparency and efficiency.


What we're looking for:



  • Proven experience with Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in Cisco UCS gear, Microsoft SCCM, Pure Storage, and Cohesity.
  • Strong scripting and automation capabilities, particularly in PowerShell.
  • Solid understanding of IT security best practices and core infrastructure concepts (Active Directory, DNS, virtualization, OS deployment, patching, etc.).
  • Familiarity with server hardware architecture and VMWare (preferred).
  • Experience with private cloud environments (preferred).


Preferred Certifications:



  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate


Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience, knowledge, and skills.
