Corporate Quality Technician

What You'll Do

As a Quality Technician, you'll be helping to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

• Learn the ins and outs of our processes, equipment, and materials
• Inspect, test, and analyze products to ensure top-notch quality
• Assist in identifying and solving quality issues
• Help implement corrective actions to prevent defects
• Maintain and review quality documentation and data
• Support engineers and technicians in developing new testing methods
• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and products
• Contribute to internal audits and investigations
• Travel to production facilities (up to 25%) to support quality initiatives

What You'll Bring

We're looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow. You should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (technical training or experience is a plus!)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual/color acuity
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions)
• Good communication skills-both written and verbal
• A willingness to learn quality tools like SPC, 5S, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or lab environment
• Familiarity with quality control or testing equipment

This position can be hired at a Level I or Level II

Level II Qualifications:

• Requires one of the following:
  • Associate's degree with an emphasis in a quality control or engineering and one (1) year of manufacturing equipment and processes or quality experience, OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of manufacturing equipment and processes or quality experience
• Understanding of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of products
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
