Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead analytics efforts within Global Medical Affairs. This role will be responsible for developing and applying metrics, dashboards, and insights that measure and communicate the impact of Medical Affairs across key activities-including scientific engagement, evidence generation, data dissemination ensuring strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally to guide decision-making, identify opportunities to optimize performance, and help shape the future direction of our Medical Affairs strategy. By translating complex data into clear narratives, this individual will play a critical role in demonstrating the value and influence of Medical Affairs to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a combination of analytical rigor, business acumen, and communication skills to drive a culture of evidence-based decision making within Medical Affairs. Reporting into the Senior Director, Strategic Management and Excellence, you will partner with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Digital Strategy to drive a unified, insight-led approach to scientific planning and engagement. Compensation: Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees. Target Base Pay Range: $146,000.00 - $190,000.00*This information is current as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future.
