Job Title: Equipment Management Administrator

Introduction to the job

As a SAP Tool Administrator, you are responsible for equipment registration and maintenance plans. You oversee asset tracking and tracing, as well as data management and reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs), including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, you coordinate projects related to tooling management and inventory control within Optics, and occasionally across ASML.

As a member of the Optical Fabrication Production Support Team, you must display a structured systematic problem-solving approach, innovative problem resolution, and encourage new ideas and ways of thinking to maintain and enhance processes.You must be able to work and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (Peers, Operations, Engineering) as well as suppliers.

Roles and responsibilities:

Shift, Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm, can be 7am - 3:30pm

  • Responsible for equipment and tooling SAP registration for asset track and trace, as well as maintenance documentation.
  • Track and report SAP ECC equipment KPI data, serving as the SME for data and reporting structure.
  • Monitor Optic's operational equipment efficiency data and ensure effective usage via SAP POD reporting, including KPI reports, Pareto type reports, and data cleansing with operational areas. Act as the SME for data and reporting structure.
  • Support calibration administration, including GTP application.
  • Support Process Tooling Safety Stock inventory and refurbishment process.
  • Oversee the tracking and tracing of equipment and tooling inventory both on and off-site, including asset tracking.
  • Serve on the WF Tool Management Team to align user needs and data with global initiatives.
  • Assist operations and engineering with registering process tools for safety stock inventory control and maintaining all accompanying documentation.
  • Perform inventory checks.
  • Create and maintain inventory databases in Excel, SAP, or similar applications.

Education and experience:

  • The position requires at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with equipment performance or inventory control data responsibilities within a manufacturing role.
  • Prior experience with reporting and data analytics.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Technical related fields preferred.
  • Experience with LEAN manufacturing and Continuous Improvement is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Outlook 365 applications and knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
  • Advanced user of Excel or other inventory control applications.
  • Advanced user of SAP or a similar application.
  • Familiarity with working in an ISO9001 environment.

Other information

  • You will be required to wear PPE and adhere to ASML 5S requirements.
  • Occasional overtime may be needed.
  • Typically handles parts that could weigh up to 35 pounds.
  • Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Must be able to work in a moderate to high noise level environment in a temperature-controlled setting.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom when needed, including wearing the full bunny suit and PPE.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
