This Process Assistant II role performs a variety of routine administrative and clerical tasks that support our Concord Operations office. What You Will Do:Setting up comprehensive records and files Preparing standard reports and charts Compiling data from various sources and forms Contacting other departments to obtain information and reconcile routine discrepancies Performing calculations involving complicated arithmetic, etc. Maintains record of documents processed Informs departments of missing or incorrect data and makes minor corrections Utilizes computer systems and/or other related equipment to record, store and retrieve information Compiles regular and special reports using established formats and procedures Performs basic clerical duties that are highly structured according to established procedures This position reports to the Enbridge's Concord Operations located in Concord, North Carolina. Who You Are:2+ years general office experience. Comprehensive knowledge of company and department procedures associated with business process or function. Strong skills using spreadsheet, word processing and SAP. Ability to prioritize work and exercise considerable discretion in the performance of duties. Ability to handle multiple activities and resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong personal computer skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. Works under general supervision. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, reads fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to:Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand sophisticated problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, coordinate and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and connect with individuals via telephone.
