What the day will look likeThe Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager will oversee and manage the cybersecurity strategy, vendor relationships, department financials and budgets, and contracts within Aon's Global Cybersecurity Services (GCS). This role will work with thee head of GCS Business Management and requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity financial management, budget forecasting, and overall portfolio strategy planning and management. The person in this position will also aid in building out employee training/onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities:Cybersecurity Strategy Management: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational goals. Engage collaborators across the broader Aon Business Services (ABS), business solution lines and regions to ensure proper partnership, engagement and insight into GCS portfolio strategy and roadmap. Assist in developing and supporting strategies for managing change within GCS, collaborating with Regional Security Officers (RSO) and Service Owners for implementation Conduct full taxonomy reviews for the organization to build and maintain Service Portfolios. Support global metrics and dashboard development requirements to drive a comprehensive view of business management operations while developing solid key performance indicators. Support Aon's Cyber Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures program team in driving a more unified view of GCS operations. Financial Management:Oversee cybersecurity finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness. Help create requirements for financial dashboards to help senior management make sound decisions. Create and implement processes to enhance transparency into budget forecasting and financial planning. Partner with Aon's Global Spend Management (GSM) teams to define and implement processes aligned to optimize Aon's global financial strategies and goals. Department Management:Help further define and support the culture and resiliency strategy goals of GCS colleagues Support cyber communication and branding to develop GCS brand vision and cyber portfolio roadmap, ensuring clear communication with collaborators. Employee Onboarding & Process Management:Improve onboarding processes for new full-time employees and contractors within GCS. Drive strategy of operational centralization across key processes including colleague training requests approvals, staff inventory, and overall cyber vendor management catalog. Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $135k - $165k annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
