You Are:

You are an accomplished project and program manager with a passion for shaping organizational effectiveness in high-tech environments. With a deep understanding of job architecture, skills development, and workforce planning, you thrive in cross-functional roles that require both strategic vision and operational execution. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Synopsys' job architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent needs.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to define job families, role levels, and career paths across the company.
  • Develop and manage large-scale workforce planning initiatives, utilizing data-driven approaches and AI-based tools to identify skills gaps and future needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather input, drive consensus, and communicate changes across global teams.
  • Oversee the rollout of skills development programs, working in close collaboration with Talent Development, Learning, and Business Leaders.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs and analytics, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering expertise in organization effectiveness, change management, and continuous process optimization.

What You'll Need:
  • Demonstrated experience in job architecture design, skills development, or workforce planning-preferably within the EDA, semiconductor, or technical industries.
  • Advanced project/program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Strong facilitation and client management abilities, including experience leading workshops and engaging with senior executives.
  • Proficiency with AI tools, data analytics, and workforce planning platforms to inform strategy and measure results.
  • Deep understanding of organization effectiveness, talent development, and change management best practices.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
