Staffmark is hiring Customer Service Coordinators for overnight roles supporting logistics operations in Auburn, WA! If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong communication skills, this is a great opportunity to grow in a role that blends customer service with behind-the-scenes operations support.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Options:



  • Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wed
  • Thursday-Saturday + every other Wed
  • Start Time: 11:00 PM (Overnight shift)
  • 7-9 am Start time | 5 days a week | Monday-Saturday (Kent,WA)



What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll provide critical support by monitoring and relaying information between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers. We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:



  • Monitor communication between drivers and warehouse teams
  • Track real-time driver activity and provide updates using systems like: , Samsara (GPS), TotalVis, Ortec
  • Respond to emergency road calls and assist with issue resolution
  • Maintain logs and records of events and incidents
  • Relay accurate, timely information to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies



What We're Looking For



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Dispatch or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable using or learning dispatch and tracking tools (training provided)
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts and alternating schedules for additional hours
