Location: Kauai, HI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Industry: Telecommunications & Infrastructure Experience Required: None - We'll train you! Start your career in the fast-growing telecom industry! We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Telecom Technicians on the island of Kauai. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that supports major commercial and government projects-including Queen's Medical Center, the Department of Energy, and Hawaiian Telcom. What You'll Do: * Learn to splice and install fiber optic cables (we'll train you!) * Assist with setting up telecom hardware and infrastructure * Work outdoors at various job sites across Kauai * Support maintenance and upgrades of telecom systems * Help resolve service tickets and perform basic troubleshooting * Keep accurate records and help document completed work What We're Looking For: * A strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions * Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse near Lihue Airport * No prior telecom experience needed-just a great attitude! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
