Job Description

Our greatest asset has been and will continue to be our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position on the HSE IT Team.

We are seeking a highly skilled person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, troubleshooting, and enhancing API integrations. This role requires a quick learner with excellent communication skills who can work effectively in an agile environment.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with users to understand and resolve issues.
  • Complete system enhancements and improvements.
  • Collaborate within a team to complete agile sprints.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree required - 4 year degree in an IT related field with about 5 years or more of experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in coding languages, including Python, SQL, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Visual Basic (VB), and JavaScript.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to create/troubleshoot/enhance API integrations.
  • Familiarity with HSE systems such as Intelex or Cority or other relevant software platforms.
  • Quick learner with effective communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is organized and capable of providing technical support and documentation.
  • Experience working within an agile methodology framework.

Experience in the below tools.

  • ServiceNow
  • TrueContext
  • Postman

Minimum Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Absolute commitment to customer service and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to analytically solve problems.
