SUMMARY The Credit Learning and Growth Officer will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication, training, and development for Credit Analyst and Lending functions. In addition, they will be responsible for enhancing ongoing training for those groups, including administrating gaps assessments, and co-developing in-house training curriculum. This role will lead and oversee the ElevateU Early Career Program, designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential early-career talent. This program fosters leadership development, delivers measurable benefits to participants and the organization, and builds a sustainable talent pipeline that supports our long-term commitment to the communities we serve.
