Junior HUMINTTargeting Instructor
Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a junior HUMINT Targeting Instructor to support the Government in executing and enhancing DIA's HUMINT Targeting course instruction. The position requires the ability to instruct with authority over the full spectrum of HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, support, and deliver comprehensive training in all areas of Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
- Instruct with authority over all HUMINT Targeting principles and methodologies.
- Coordinate with DIA guest lecturers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive course delivery.
- Ensure all instructional and presentation materials are professional, accurate, and complete.
- Possess a thorough understanding of HUMINT Targeting, including relevant DoD policies, legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT system requirements.
- Be familiar with the career development track of DIA HUMINT Targeting Officers.
- Administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction within the HUMINT training curriculum.
- Adhere to established DIA procedures and guidelines in course delivery and management.
- Be knowledgeable of HUMINT operations and instruct students on applying HUMINT operations and conducting HUMINT targeting analysis against various targets.
- Have experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Clearance Level: TS/SCI
- CI Poly (Preferred)
- The Junior-level HUMINT Targeting Instructor shall have experience working in DoD as a certified HUMINT professional with a minimum of four (4) years applied experience in HUMINT Targeting and experience conducting pattern-of-life analysis, social network analysis, and Human Factors analysis.
- Possess junior to mid-level knowledge of HUMINT operations and be able to instruct students on the application of HUMINT operations and how to conduct HUMINT targeting analysis against a variety of targets.
- Understand and be able to instruct students on every aspect of the HUMINT Targeting cycle of support to HUMINT operations.
- Be a graduate of a recognized IC-level HUMINT Targeting course, such as Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Targeting Certification Board (TCB), or an IC school equivalent.
Salary Range $95,000 - $105,000 This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
