R25_0016461 Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a Director for the Analytics - Media Effectiveness Team. You will work together with some of the largest FMCG companies, helping them to make the right choices for their Media investment strategy. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today's leading global brands that cover social, digital and traditional media activities both at a tactical and strategic level. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Servicing u Work as a part of an international project team that helps FMCG clients measure, model, optimize and consult on their Media activities u Use NIQ tools and methodologies to build answers to business questions from the market data and revenue management analysis u Convert analysis results into a business-focused and actionable client report u Provide timely analytic solutions and benefits to client business issues / opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for client u Oversee the management and conduct of assigned analytic projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations u Coordinate project execution between teams of experts, this will involve liaison with clients, publishers, media agencies and remote NIQ teams. u Coordinate cross-country projects u Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product / solution sales u Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the market place u Lead the analytic servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement Business development: u Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the business unit u Maintain and further foster relationships with senior management of clients u Develop plans to support the implementation of new initiatives and new products and services Financial Management u Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned u Monitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will led to the achievement of the financial targets A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Curiosity drives your interest in what moves the market. Qualificationsu Previous experience in a similar position/ business area u 10+ years experience u Previous experience gained in the FMCG sector, preferably within the brand, trade marketing or category management u High level of client service skills u Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written (another European Language would be an asset) u Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills u Strong communication & visualization skills - interested in storytelling techniques u Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment u Ability to work independently and within a virtual environment u Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint u Strong organizational & interpersonal skills u Masters in Eco/math/Stats/Business or University degree or equivalent experience Additional InformationUS Benefits
Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $110,000 -$165,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
