Are you a seasoned maintenance pro who thrives on fixing problems, leading a team, and keeping production running smoothly? Our outstanding client is looking for a Bilingual Lead Maintenance Mechanic to take charge of machinery upkeep and lead a dedicated maintenance crew at their manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who can tackle complex issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems-while mentoring technicians and driving operational efficiency.

Salary: $62,400K - $72,800/yr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday

Essential Tasks:



  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment like saws, conveyors, forklifts, and control panels
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints and schematics
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, assign tasks, and support their technical growth
  • Coordinate with production to prioritize work and minimize downtime
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are well-documented and safety compliant (LOTO procedures)
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and overall efficiency




We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician with experience in automotive, truck, or forklift repair. The ideal candidate should be able to service and repair machinery, perform tasks like oil changes, brake line replacements, pump repairs, equipment fixes, and tire changes. Forklift driving experience is also required.

What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational certification preferred
  • 5-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with leadership exposure a big plus
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Solid skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, AC/DC systems, PLCs, and interpreting technical diagrams
  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and physical stamina
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed
