(Based on experience and education) Schedule: Start on 1st shift for training, then transition to 2nd shift Key Responsibilities: Responding to downtime calls to keep production running Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and checks Daily reporting and tracking of equipment-related activities Continuous improvement activities Immediate response to the production floor needs Qualifications: Must have two years of related experience.
