Responsibilities
HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive reporting frameworks related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and employee engagement metrics. This position requires exceptional analytical acumen, a deep understanding of HR data landscapes, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and submission of EEO reports, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while advocating for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of workforce demographics and diversity metrics, providing strategic recommendations to enhance organizational diversity efforts.
- Design, implement, and refine HR KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs, aligning metrics with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of recruitment, retention, turnover, and other key HR metrics, identifying trends and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Develop sophisticated dashboards and visualizations to present KPI data, facilitating data-driven discussions and informed decision-making among stakeholders.
- Direct the administration of employee engagement surveys, including advanced survey design, distribution strategies, and data collection methodologies.
- Analyze survey results to uncover trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain a robust and accurate HR data ecosystem across relevant systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Generate comprehensive regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of data insights.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline data collection processes, and implement innovative data management solutions.
- Partner closely with HR teams to support strategic initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to influence HR practices and policies.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to advance organizational goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years of reporting/analytics experience.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS systems, with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of EEO regulations and reporting requirements, with experience in diversity and inclusion metrics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear, compelling manner to diverse audiences.
Compensation for this role ranges from X-X per hour depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
