How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
The position will participate in the execution of corporate-wide accounting initiatives in support of the company's objectives. It will support the accounting for cash, assist in the preparation of journal entries, prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations, and assist with various other month-end close tasks, quarterly reporting, and year-end audit deliverables as needed. Finally, the position will support the accounting close processes and related reconciliations for various corporate functional departments. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Specialized Degree: Accounting, Business or Finance Years of Experience: 2-4 years Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Specialized Degree: Accounting Certificates: CPA Years of Experience: 5-7 years Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates: * Accounting and Finance experience within a multi-billion-dollar organization * Strong broad-based knowledge and experience in accounting, financial reporting, and accounting systems * Proven problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with a rigorous decision-making process * Ability to identify and initiate process improvement to maximize efficiency through projects * Highly collaborative personality who can thrive in a hands-on environment * Ability to work independently and with a team in a challenging environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness * Earns the respect of peers, subordinates and superiors for their integrity and ethical values Spans of Control
