As Lead Service & Repair Technician, you'll service and repair our most complex products and systems. Your main purpose will be to diagnose and resolve problems related to equipment and software. You'll ensure product services/repairs meet or exceed industry standards and comply with laws and regulations. You'll also train and mentor less experienced technicians. Servicing, troubleshooting and repairing our most complex systems, devices and products.

Coaching and assisting other technicians in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing systems, devices and other products.

Training new technicians on procedures and safety protocols.

Under limited supervision using test procedures, drawings schematics and verbal instructions will assemble, adjust, test, sub-assemblies and finished products to manufactures specification paying close attention to quality and workmanship.

Reports pass/fail data to the area supervisor and maintain accurate records.

Verifies the accuracy of daily build plan reports and communicates discrepancies with the Supervisor or Operation Manager.

Provide technical direction and assistance to those within the department.

Monitors work flow and material requirements and works closely with other department leads to ensure turnaround times are met.

Seeks to continuously expand knowledge of all Synrad product lines.

Coordinates with customer care personnel to ensure customer needs are being met.

Elevates issues, updates performance board issues/metrics and problems in a forthright and timely manner to achieve resolution.

Performs other duties as required.
