Operations Technology Specialist: This is where you come in.

We're looking for an Operations Technology Specialist to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of technology systems that support our construction operations. This role plays a key part in advancing strategic initiatives across the full project lifecycle - from Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to Fabrication to Field Installation. The specialist will work closely with Estimating, Engineering, and other business units to ensure alignment and efficiency across shared technologies and data platforms. This position reports directly to the Detailing Manager.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of key Operations Technology systems, including the Fabrication Database, Autodesk platforms, Stratus, and all integrated upstream/downstream systems.
  • Oversee customization and code management for Detailing across all trades and the Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop, specifically within AutoCAD, Revit, and Fabrication software.
  • Drive the advancement of model data utilization across all trades - developing workflows for model-to-Watts, model-to-Spiral, model-to-BOMs, Trimble integration, and model-to-PowerApps tools.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for advanced technical support related to all VDC software and associated workflows.
  • Create and/or coordinate the development of documentation and training resources to support construction technology adoption and skill development.
  • Provide critical support for the development and implementation of custom Revit add-ins, Stratus enhancements, and other emerging technologies to support Operations and Field use.

This high-impact, high-visibility role works across all departments and levels of the organization to advance operational success - particularly on healthcare-related projects and initiatives.

  • Expertise in Construction Technology Platforms: Proficient in Stratus, Autodesk Fabrication tools, Revit, AutoCAD, Cam-Duct, and REJ, with the ability to administer and maintain these systems effectively.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Delivers prompt and effective technical support to Field, Shop, and Detailing teams to quickly resolve operational issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with field leaders, fabrication teams, and detailing managers to ensure technology aligns seamlessly with project objectives.
  • Process Innovation: Drives the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, continuously improving processes and advancing digital workflows.
  • Standards-Driven Strategist: Applies company standards with strategic, big-picture thinking to guarantee scalable, high-quality project outcomes.

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 Annually
