Responsibilities MV Transportation is seeking a motivated Payroll Clerk / CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to accurately prepare and process payroll for all project employees on a bi-weekly basis, provide administrative assistance with employee file information, and prepare monthly reports for our client. This position will require working closely with the Accounting Manager and Division Manager to ensure all project staff hours are processed effectively and efficiently. In addition, the role will include Customer Service Representativeduties who will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including reconciling drivers manifests and accurate entry of data in software, taking reservations, providing information, general office duties and other assigned clerical duties. He/she must have basic Excel skills, excellent ten key skills, be attentive to detail, professional, provide superior customer service for both internal and external customers and be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced office, able to investigate and elevate issues to leadership as necessary and must have strong communication skills. Job Responsibilities:
Enter all payroll information daily in appropriate software, making note of potential pay discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of employee time data.
