Purpose of Position
The Capacity Planning Specialist, Senior is responsible for creating and maintaining pilot program capacity plans that drive fixed schedules and instructor availability. They leverage modeling tools to develop optimized schedules at center/program level working closely with the scheduling team and program managers to develop the capacity for multiple years using sales market data to drive the inventory requirements and instructor staffing plans. These plans are maintained to adapt to changes in staffing and market demand. Tasks and Responsibilities

* High School Minimum Experience
* 5 years of relevant capacity planning, data analytics and/or inventory management experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
