Inside the Role

As an SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Functional Lead on the Paragon team, you will become a key member of a motivated team that is closely partnered with our Aftermarket business & IT colleagues to provide a highly valued enterprise level solution for Aftermarket Parts Supply Chain Solutions. You will also directly contribute to innovation topics surrounding DTNA's Supply Chain and Parts Sales footprint and drive the modernization of dealer and customer experience from Parts Ordering to Invoicing, Procure to Pay and Visibility.

Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Identify and analyze business needs, conducting requirements gathering, defining Scope and objectives for SAP ECC and SAP SPP applications integrated with Business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e, an "Application System")
  • Makes recommendations for SAP Solutions and/or Improvements to Business processes that can be accomplished through SAP Module Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand Business requirements and developing detailed specifications, and validating the SAP standard solutions with Business stakeholders.
  • Communicates Business stakeholder needs to the SAP development team by translating Business requirements into SAP technical Requirements.
  • Responsible for providing solutions in SAP SD Module; Sales, Pricing, Outbound Logistics, Billing processes, Returns, Rebates, Master Data and all the Customer integrations via. EDI and API.
  • Responsible for Cross functional solutions with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM), SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP) and Financial (FI).
  • Standardizing the Business process to align with SAP standard Processes where ever possible.
  • Alignment with future SAP Roadmap and Implementing the SAP upgrade and Migration projects to S/4 HANA.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in SAP SD Modules
  • Strong understanding of SAP MM, FI Modules, Warehouse Management processes, EDI/API processes and Forecasting & Planning system like SAP SPP.
  • Experience working in a lead capacity
  • Proven ability to work in a cross functional organization, analyze and document business and technical requirements, handle ambiguity and lead tasks to completion
  • Knowledge of the technical constraint and dependencies of Enterprise IT systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with users and business partners at all levels, written and verbal communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
  • Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • An attached resume is required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience in Aftermarket Parts Business is preferred.
  • Experience working in HANA based applications.
