POSITION

Allspring is seeking a hard-working and motivated candidate to support operational workflows within our Managed Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will bring:



  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving operational efficiency through innovation


This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and help shape the future of managed account operations.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Partner closely with the Head of Managed Accounts to support and execute key operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Managed Accounts team to design and implement innovative workflows that improve efficiency and service quality
  • Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities, which could include ad hoc initiatives
  • Fully support and enhance the Managed Accounts onboarding tool built in Power Apps, ensuring it remains efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs
  • Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to a culture of operational excellence
  • Manage the annual delivery of ADV documents to retail managed account clients


CANDIDATE



  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Accounts or investment operations role
  • Experience working with multiple sponsors and their platforms
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternative Investments
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Prioritization Skills - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Skilled at organizing workloads, setting clear goals, and maintaining focus under pressure to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Detail-Oriented - Pays close attention to accuracy, especially when handling client data
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated - Takes initiative to improve processes and solve problems without being prompted
  • Collaborative - Works well with cross-functional teams and communicates effectively


APPLICATIONS



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Strong knowledge of the investments industry
  • Client-Focused - Understands the importance of delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Innovative - Brings fresh ideas to streamline operations and enhance efficiency


Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
