Base Compensation Range: $177,000 - $200,000
*In addition, you qualify for:



  • Annual bonus opportunity of 17% based on company performance
  • Annual equity award of $17,500

Job Summary

As our Enterprise Applications Manager, you will lead a small and highly talented team of developers and administrators working on transformative projects to improve Mesa's ability to service its customers. You will strategize, prioritize, and work with stakeholders and leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia to deliver solutions on our key application stack including NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.

Duties/Responsibilities



  • Mentor, coach, and empower a hybrid team of developers and administrators; fostering agile/flexible delivery
  • Continuously improve the team's ability to deliver quality solutions on a predictable timeline
  • Work with IT and business leadership on problem solving and strategy deployment
  • Define and drive key projects with measurable outcomes to enhance our architecture and capabilities, including integrations, across key SaaS applications including NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) and integration platforms
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain project portfolio and roadmap
  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of new software products and vendor enhancements
  • Develop and maintain healthy vendor partnerships to maximize value of investments
  • Oversee and lead measurable improvements to day-to-day support operations to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Develop rapport and solid working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Work with InfoSec team to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. SOX) is maintained


Experience/Education



  • BS in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years proven success managing remote, multi-disciplinary teams
  • 5-10 years hands-on experience with ERP and CRM


Knowledge and Skillsets Required



  • Strong working knowledge of business information flows, including finance/accounting, sales/commercial, and manufacturing operations
  • Experienced in data management and ETL


Preferred Qualifications



  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud) and/or NetSuite ERP (OneWorld, multi-subsidiary)
  • Skilled in visual problem solving techniques
  • Experience creating and maintaining software development workflows (CI/CD), e.g. Azure DevOps
  • Experience with M&A onboarding
  • Experience with SOX compliance
