The SVP of Business Transformation plays a vital role in shaping the destiny of the company and is responsible for its overall success. This executive-level position will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will report directly to the CEO. The SVP of Business Transformation will collaborate with capability leaders across the business to drive strategic initiatives, lead the transformational efforts within the organization, and develop and perpetuate a culture of continuous business transformation. They will develop and execute on a portfolio of initiatives, and put in place the tools, processes, and systems to ensure successful execution.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business transformation strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial performance.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing transformational initiatives across all departments.

  • Collaborate with senior executives to align business transformation efforts with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

  • Ensure that improvement strategies and organizational objectives are understood and communicated throughout the organization, ensuring leaders, employees, and shareholders are all working toward a common goal

  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices and innovative solutions.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams involved in the business transformation process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Develop and implement performance metrics to track the progress and success of business transformation initiatives.

  • Lead transformation team that will ensure proper documentation of process improvement changes and creation of process flow diagrams, and work across all levels of the organization to perpetuate transformation culture and ensure objectives are achieved

  • Lead the program management team, responsible for delivering a number of complex, high value projects across multiple business functions.

  • Lead integration activities to support M&A and corporate development.

Required:

* B.S. in finance or related field

* 12+ years' experience in senior operation leadership, management/strategy consulting, finance, or related field

* Experience managing and executing enterprise-wide initiatives

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to influence without authority

* Excellent change management skills

* Excellent analytical skills

Preferred:

* MBA

* Business Transformation experience at the executive level (industry or PE operations) or partner level (consulting)

* Manufacturing experience (B2B, Distributed network)

* Sales or commercial experience
