Diesel Mechanic - 2nd shift

Waste Connections is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our 2nd shift team in Cleveland, TN. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to build a career with a company that values safety, growth, and teamwork.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Use onboard diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete safety inspections and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Accurately document work using fleet maintenance software.
• Participate in an overnight on-call rotation as needed.

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Additional OT as needed, including occasional Saturdays
• Pay: $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience

• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (or willingness to obtain) would be a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
