As the Operational Performance & Standard Reporting Lead, you will spearhead the implementation and delivery of a brand-new Performance Reporting capability. You will engage with multiple HR and system leads to rationalise and compile a complex set of stakeholder requirements. Your innovative mindset will help you design and deploy Performance Reporting technologies that provide timely, actionable insights to support HR operations and strategic decision-making. More Information Salary $122k - $144k a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
