We are responsible for the daily supervision and organization of field staff that safely, effectively, and efficiently and accomplish complex construction job tasks.To be responsible for the daily supervision and organization of assigned field staff to effectively, efficiently and safely accomplish job tasks in line with departmental and National Grid requirements. Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
Your Credentials
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering and 2+ years of field engineering experience preferred In lieu of degree, a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of utility construction experience required 3+ years of field supervisory experience preferred API 1169 Certification preferred Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and contractor agreements preferred Prior experience dealing with diverse groups including utility customers and government officials in a tactful and diplomatic manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred Valid driver's license required More Information Salary $131k - $154k a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
