Job Description: * Prepare and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately * Create and submit electronic claims to various payers on a regular basis * Investigate and correct claim errors; resubmit as needed * Review accounts receivable reports daily and follow up on overdue balances * Respond to inquiries related to accounts and payments * Maintain schedules to monitor issues and track resolutions * Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner * Troubleshoot and resolve problems independently Key Skills: * Accounts receivable * Collections * Customer service * Eligibility verification Qualifications: * High school diploma required * Medical billing or coding certification preferred * Strong analytical and organizational abilities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and think critically Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
