Job Summary This role is responsible for the strategy, long-term planning, ongoing execution, resources, and project management for all aspects of Manhattan Associates SEO strategy. The role also includes managing Manhattan Associate's SEM strategy and overseeing Google paid search (PPC) in coordination with an external agency and the internal regional marketing teams (for which significant collaboration with the North America marketing and international marketing team is expected). As Manhattan's SEO Manager you will be the primary source of knowledge within the Manhattan Associates Corporate Marketing team for all things related to SEO for organic digital performance, as well as paid digital performance. As our online presence undertakes a transformation, this role is crucial to the success of Manhattan Associates, playing a pivotal role in driving our business growth and success by improving our digital presence - both onsite and offsite. Experience, Requirements, and Skills: * 5+ years in a similar SEO role, preferably for a B2B company, with experience of planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy. * 5+ years' experience managing Google AdWords campaigns, budgets, landing page design, KPIs, and driving conversions. * Thorough understanding of modern-day SEO practices including Schemas, E-A-T, etc. * Ability to undertake keyword research and analysis. * Essential experience of using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Data Studio. * Strong command of a variety of content management systems, with the ability to edit and maintain SEO content. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce SEO rich content in several formats (product pages, blogs, landing pages, etc.) as well as edit existing content for SEO optimization. * Strong project management skills with the ability to work across departments and regions to plan and strategize. * Ability to solve problems, present solutions, and resolve conflicts independently and effectively. ducation Requirements * Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred. Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Plan and develop a global SEO strategy that covers Manhattan's key markets, reporting on paid and organic performance. * Be the principal liaison person with Manhattan's SEO agency to execute strategies and reporting. * Identify key SEO KPIs and maintain a KPI dashboard, regularly liaising with internal marketing stakeholders to report on performance. * Work with Manhattan's internal marketing teams to develop organic and paid campaigns that lead to measurable ROI. * Be the internal thought leader for the latest SEO trends and insights. * Develop a keyword strategy and regular monitor keywords for position and volume. * Optimize website content, landing pages, and page search copy. #LI-GW1 Committed to diversity and inclusion
