The Sr. Manager, Lifestyle (Sales) is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Sr. Manager, Lifestyle (Sales) will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Keep all sensitive matters confidential
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform Sales performance, market and competitive analysis focusing on thinking strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation and closing skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; additional experience in lieu of degree considered
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in sales, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role preferably in: sports, fashion, headwear, apparel, footwear, accessories, retail, or sports

Travel Requirement

  • 40 - 60% domestic travel required according to business needs
  • The location for this position is 100% remote and chosen candidate will need to reside in a major U.S. city

The salary range for this posted position is $200,000 - $215,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
