The RBC Capital Markets Client, Banking, Data Analytics & Digital Technology (CBDDT) team is looking to hire an experienced Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst (Associate Director) to lead deliverables for the Client Analytics and Banking portfolios. This role focuses on driving roadmaps, gathering and defining requirements, delivering innovative solutions, and collaborating with Sales, Banking, and Technology teams to advance Capital Markets objectives.

The RBC Capital Markets Client, Banking, Data Analytics & Digital Technology (CBDDT) team is looking to hire an experienced Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst (Associate Director) to lead deliverables for the Client Analytics and Banking portfolios. This role focuses on driving roadmaps, gathering and defining requirements, delivering innovative solutions, and collaborating with Sales, Banking, and Technology teams to advance Capital Markets objectives. Key Responsibilities: As the Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Serve as an integral technology partner to Capital Markets business lines, driving results from ideation through product delivery
- Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What will you do?
- Act as a primary technology point of contact for Capital Markets, facilitating stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, product design, and delivery in an Agile environment
- Drive priorities in our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and focus on high-impact items
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to deliver solutions by performing business analysis, documenting detailed business requirements & user acceptance criteria using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Partner with UX Design to develop mockups and wireframes for brand new products or features, ensuring an intuitive user experience
- Work with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to define test cases and ensure comprehensive testing coverage
- Engage directly with Sales and Banking teams to gather feedback, provide product demos, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support product rollout and adoption efforts by collaborating with the Product Rollout & Customer Success team to deliver training, feature content, and improve user engagement
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and product enhancements
What do you need to succeed? Must have's:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or business related fields preferred with proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a financial services or technology environment, preferably within or aligned to Capital Markets
- Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, requirements documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with UX design teams to create user-friendly interfaces
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships among a diverse set of stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently to manage competing priorities and deliver results
- Knowledge of Global Markets, Investment Banking, or Corporate Banking products (e.g. DCM, M&A, Leveraged Finance, FX, Rates and Credit, Futures, Commodities, Loans, etc.) preferred
- Strong presentation and training skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to end users
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient at Jira and Confluence
Nice to have:
- SQL querying skills with ability to independently extract data from SQL databases for ad-hoc data analysis
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools and analysis tools

The Good-Faith Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $125,000 - $225,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status; Market Conditions; And Business Needs. This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions; Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance; And Paid Time-Off Plan.
