Job Summary This position is primarily responsible for creating and implementing Progressive Community Health Center's (PCHC) information management strategy. This position is responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. Essential Functions
Performance Improvement Management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience in a nonprofit healthcare setting. Experience in electronic health record software, database software, internet software, project management software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software. Experience working in a healthcare setting in a leadership position. It is mandatory that all employees, employed providers and volunteers are vaccinated. All hired candidates must submit proof of vaccination prior to their orientation. This is a mandatory requirement for Progressive Community Health Centers. The purpose is to minimize exposure to and transmission of the influenza virus in the workplace by providing occupational protection to employees and thereby preventing exposure to members of the community, which we serve.
