The position supports the operational and performance needs of the Employee Health Plan and associated Departments and forwards the organizational goals and objectives of senior management. Analysis of financial, operational performance and reporting completed to ensure goals are met. Project responsibility and oversight for all projects related to operational performance, technology integration, optimization, financial analysis and operational analysis. Ensures timely and accurate financial information, reporting, financial projection and budgeting, and related activities. Plans, organizes, monitors and oversees processes, projects and people across teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives ensuring the success of the Department. Additionally, this position supports the development of the network through recruitment of physicians and mid-level providers by gathering recruitment needs from hospitals, posting positions, sourcing candidates, and working with hospitals to finalize placement.



Responsibilities

    Manage the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure.
  • Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including action items, issues list, management plans and meeting minutes.
  • Create Reports on a Scheduled basis to analyze the proper functionality of the department.
  • Enable efficient operations by monitoring enrollment, utilization, case management, member services, claim processing, provider and customer relations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required


Qualifications

1. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

2. Ability to lead and pursue projects independently while exercising good judgment and exhibiting a considerable degree of creativity

3. Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.

4. 3+ years of project management experience.

5. Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.

6. Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications and comprehensive working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite including word-processing, spreadsheet applications, project management and database programs.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $82,160.00 to $128,856.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
