Top Skills' Details Managing Technicians- this person needs to have led a team of HVAC techs Scheduling- this person needs to be comfortable scheduling maintenance, projects, etc. Vendor Interaction- this person needs to be well spoken and comfortable engaging with vendors that assist with facility operations Description The purpose of this position is to manage the employees and vendors that keep hvac/electrical (critical systems) operational. ROLE: This person must be able top express ideas clearly, lead effectively and work with vendors performing maintenance or upgrade work on systems installed in the data center. Must be willing to be "on call". Must have an understanding of electrical systems in use in DC environment including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear UPS systems, DC power systems, ATS/STS units, PDU units, air handling units, cooling towers, and fire suppression systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
