Job Title: Security Dispatch Coordinator Location: Wall Township, NJ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site, 5 days/week) Experience Level: Entry Level to Intermediate (Dispatching experience preferred) Job Description: We're looking for a Security Dispatch Coordinator with a strong sense of organization, a positive attitude, and ideally, prior dispatching experience. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for clients scheduling residential security services and the central hub for dispatching technicians efficiently and effectively. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep schedules running smoothly will make all the difference. If you've worked in a dispatching or scheduling role before-especially in a service-based industry-you'll feel right at home here. Key Responsibilities: * Answer incoming client calls regarding residential security service appointments * Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and urgency * Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed * Maintain accurate records of appointments, service logs, and technician schedules * Communicate clearly with field technicians and internal teams * Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations * Use Microsoft Office tools and email for scheduling and documentation Top Skills & Qualifications: * Dispatching or Scheduling Experience: Preferred in a service-based or field operations environment * Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented * Communication: Clear, confident, and team-focused * Organization: Able to manage multiple schedules and details * Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems * Team Player: Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and reliable What We're Looking For: * Someone with prior experience dispatching technicians or coordinating field service teams * A people person who enjoys helping others and solving problems * A self-starter who takes initiative and stays ahead of the curve * A collaborator who communicates well and supports the team Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
