Position Summary:

As an Expert Product Owner, you'll drive the development and delivery of innovative Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) solutions for Nestle factories globally. This includes designing comprehensive solutions that enhance operational efficiency, evaluating technologies, ensuring compliance with Nestle standards, and collaborating with the DMA Lead to maintain the product roadmap. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise, supporting project implementation, and fostering relationships with regional contacts and vendors to ensure high quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Manufacturing team to support solutions aligned with Design and Build standards and review the design of new solutions
  • Inform, advise, and coach delivery teams and subject matter experts on architecture and integration while ensuring compliance
  • Design, test, and deliver specific DMA products as part of the overall solution
  • Maintain best practices for Service Level Management and ensure compliance with security requirements
  • Develop a product roadmap in collaboration with the DMA Lead and provide strategic advice
  • Partner with Nestle's technology vendors to prototype and evaluate new solutions and software releases in Digital Manufacturing
  • Manage small-scale projects to deploy IT solution functionalities effectively
  • Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to incorporate various perspectives into project delivery and operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of working experience in a data discipline such as data engineering, data science, data analysis or data modeling
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Machine Learning or other data science techniques to model data and deploy solutions
  • 1+ year of experience owning and road mapping a solution or product

The approximate pay range for this position is $125,155 - $161,388. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
